Women are more likely to have a bachelor's degree than men (41.7% compared with 36.2%) among full-time, year-round workers. For the first time in history, women make up the majority of the college-educated workforce. Women are in the majority when it comes to advanced degrees, too. Of the 79,548 doctoral degrees awarded in 2019, women earned 52.9% of the total.  

Women have a growing presence in STEM fields, including cosmetic chemistry. This webinar will look at some of the opportunities and challenges facing women in the beauty industry. Leading experts will draw from their own experiences in the lab and workforce, and detail some of the personal and product advances they’ve made in the cosmetics industry.
