Women are more likely to have a bachelor's degree than men (41.7% compared with 36.2%) among full-time, year-round workers. For the first time in history, women make up the majority of the college-educated workforce. Women are in the majority when it comes to advanced degrees, too. Of the 79,548 doctoral degrees awarded in 2019, women earned 52.9% of the total.  

Women have a growing presence in STEM fields, including cosmetic chemistry. This webinar will look at some of the opportunities and challenges facing women in the beauty industry.
